Q: How long does it take to get what I have purchased?

A: Each item is created once you place it and generally takes 2 - 3 business days to create and then it is shipped to your provided address. Standard shipping could take 2 - 3 weeks (due to holiday delays)

Q: How do I get a refund for what I bought from your store?

A: My company offers a free replacement or a refund (to your order balance) in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. To apply for a refund or replacement email me at idwtshoesandapparel@gmail.com within 30 days of you receiving your purchased item.

Q: What happens if I try to get a refund or replacement after 30 days of receiving my purchased item?

A: If you attempt to get a refund or replacement after 30 days, you will be informed that unfortunately their is nothing we can do about the situation since it has past the 30 day timeframe in which we could do something about it.
